Terms governing access to and use of tribo-labs.com, its technical content, downloadable documents and contact tools.

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the website tribo-labs.com (the "Site"). By browsing the Site, downloading its documents or using its contact tools, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

If you use the Site on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. Who operates the site

The Site is operated by Tribo-Labs, the testing laboratory division of Venefilter, through the following entities (together, "Tribo-Labs", "we", "us"):

3. Permitted use

You may use the Site to learn about our analysis services, the standards we apply and the industries we serve, download technical brochures, and get in touch with us. In doing so, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, or in breach of these Terms.
• Submit false information, offensive content, spam or malicious code through the form, email or WhatsApp.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, servers or data belonging to Tribo-Labs, Venefilter or third parties.
• Extract content in bulk using robots, scrapers or other automated means, other than search engines in accordance with our robots.txt file.
• Interfere with the normal operation of the Site or its embedded services.

We may restrict access to the Site for anyone who breaches these Terms.

4. Technical and service information

The content of the Site, including descriptions of analysis packages, tests, referenced standards, guideline limits, turnaround times and blog articles, is provided for general information and guidance only. Stated turnaround times are typical and are counted from the moment the sample is received at the laboratory.

The results of each analysis are issued in a report that relates only to the sample received. The interpretations and recommendations accompanying reports are an aid to maintenance; decisions about the equipment remain the customer's responsibility. Nothing published on the Site constitutes engineering advice for your specific case.

5. Quotes and contracts

The Site does not allow online purchases. Prices, turnaround times and terms for our services are set only in a written offer or quotation issued by the relevant entity.

Submitting a request through the Site does not create any contractual obligation for either party. Each service contract will be governed by the accepted offer and the general or specific terms referenced in it, which will prevail over these Terms in the event of a conflict.

6. Intellectual property and trademarks

The text, photographs, videos, graphics, design, logos and documents on the Site are owned by Venefilter or its licensors and are protected by intellectual and industrial property laws.

Tribo-Labs and Venefilter are trademarks of Venefilter or its affiliates. Third-party trademarks mentioned on the Site, such as Hy-Pro, Schroeder Industries or A2LA, and the referenced standards (ASTM, ISO and others) belong to their respective owners.

You may download and print technical brochures for your company's internal use in evaluating our services. You may not modify, resell or distribute them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

7. Third-party links and services

The Site contains links to partner, manufacturer and social media websites and to third-party services (for example, WhatsApp or YouTube). We do not control that content and are not responsible for its availability, accuracy or policies. Use of those sites is governed by their own terms.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted, that its content will always be current or complete, or that it is free of viruses or other harmful components. The warranties applicable to our services are exclusively those set out in each contract.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits, plant downtime, loss of production or loss of data, arising from the use of or inability to use the Site, or from decisions made solely on the basis of its content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, such as liability for fraud or gross negligence.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Tribo-Labs and Venefilter harmless from any third-party claims arising from your use of the Site in breach of these Terms or the law.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, and any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Broward County, Florida. Where the relationship is with Venefilter S.L., Spanish law will apply and the courts of Madrid will have jurisdiction.

This is without prejudice to any rights granted to you by mandatory laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by agreement.

12. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time by publishing the new version on this page with its update date. Continued use of the Site after publication means you accept the changes. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
