4. Who we share your data with
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We only share it with:
- Venefilter group entities (USA, Spain and Venezuela), when your inquiry needs to be handled by the office covering your region.
- Web3Forms, which processes contact form submissions and forwards them to us by email.
- Google: Google Analytics and Google Ads (only if you accept cookies), Google Fonts (receives your IP address when the site's fonts are loaded) and YouTube (blog video thumbnails are loaded from Google servers; the video itself only loads, in privacy-enhanced mode, when you press play).
- unpkg, a content delivery network that serves the site's icons and receives your IP address.
- WhatsApp / Meta Platforms, if you choose to contact us through the WhatsApp button; WhatsApp's own privacy policy also applies in that case.
- Our web hosting and email providers, which store the website and our communications.
- Public authorities, where required by law.
These providers act as processors or independent controllers and are required to protect your data.
5. International transfers
Some of our providers and group entities are located outside the EEA, mainly in the United States and Venezuela. When we transfer personal data from the EEA to these countries, we rely on the safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (where the recipient is certified) or the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
You can request more information about the applicable safeguards by writing to info@tribo-labs.com.
6. How long we keep your data
- Inquiries that do not lead to a business relationship: up to 2 years from the last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Customers and suppliers: for the duration of the business relationship and afterwards for the periods required by applicable commercial and tax law.
- Analytics and advertising cookies: the periods listed in section 7.
- Server logs: for the limited period set by the hosting provider for security purposes.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
We use Google analytics and advertising cookies only if you accept them in the cookie notice. Until then, Google only receives cookieless signals that cannot identify you (Google consent mode).
- Google Analytics: measures, in aggregate, how many people visit the site, which pages they view, where they come from and how many send the form or tap the WhatsApp button. Cookies _ga and _ga_*, up to 2 years.
- Google Ads: measures which ads lead to visits and quote requests, and lets us show Tribo-Labs ads to people who have visited the site. Cookies _gcl_* and on Google domains, up to 90 days.
Your choice is kept in your browser's local storage. You can change it at any time; see the Cookie policy for details.
8. Your rights
You may exercise the following rights over your personal data at any time:
- Access: find out what data about you we process.
- Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure: ask us to delete your data when it is no longer needed.
- Objection and restriction: object to certain processing or ask us to restrict it.

To exercise them, write to info@tribo-labs.com stating which right you wish to exercise. We may ask you to verify your identity. We will respond within one month.
If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence. Residents of U.S. states with their own privacy laws (such as California) may exercise the rights granted by those laws through the same channels.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse or unauthorized access, including HTTPS encryption across the entire site, anti-spam protection on the contact form, and access restricted to staff who need the information. No system is completely secure, so we recommend that you do not send confidential or sensitive information through the form.
10. Children
This website is intended for professionals and businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you become aware that a child has provided us with data, please contact us and we will delete it.
11. Links to third-party websites
The site includes links to partner and manufacturer websites (such as Venefilter, Hy-Pro or Schroeder Industries) and to social networks. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices; we recommend reviewing their policies before sharing any data with them.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal changes or changes to our services. We will publish the new version on this page with its update date and, if the changes are significant, we will make that clearly visible on the site.
